Why not go straight for the Bundle?

Foundation is sufficient in most cases. If you're not sure, start there — you can always add modules later. The Bundle only makes sense if you're certain multiple topics apply to you, or if you want to be prepared for future life phases.

How does Foundation differ from a Blueprint Session?

Foundation is the digital self-service version: a complete, structured plan you implement independently. A Blueprint Session (from €249) is 90 minutes of individual consultation with me personally — tailored to your specific situation, including blood test analysis.

What if I want to book a Session later?

The Foundation price (€249) is fully credited towards the Session. Just drop me a note when booking.

Do I need blood test results beforehand?

No. In the diagnostics chapter I explain exactly which markers to have tested, where (with specific lab recommendations), what it costs and how to interpret the results. You can start immediately and build in the diagnostics after 4–6 weeks.

Does this replace a doctor or therapist?

No — and it's not meant to. Blueprint is self-optimisation for healthy people. If you have chronic conditions, pre-existing illness or are taking medication, please consult your doctor first.

How long do I have access to the PDF?

Indefinitely. The PDF is yours after purchase. You can print it, save it on multiple devices and refer to it as often as you like. With major updates you receive the new version automatically.

What if I don't know which module suits me?

If you're unsure: start with Foundation. It covers most of it. After two or three weeks you'll know where you need to go deeper — then add a module specifically. Or write to me briefly: I'll tell you honestly whether a module makes sense for you or not.

What if the content doesn't suit me?
